WATERMELON MARTINI
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz. KILN SHINE
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
Pinch Coarse Kosher Salt
3 one-inch cubes of watermelon
Directions
Step 1Muddle watermelon in the shaker.
Step 2Add salt, ice, KILN SHINE, syrup and bitters.
Step 3Shake & strain into a cocktail glass. -Garnish with thinly sliced watermelon.
